By accessing or using Dhikr Garden, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app. These Terms apply to all users — guests and registered account holders alike.

The dhikr phrases, athkar, and other Islamic content provided in Dhikr Garden are drawn from the Quran and authenticated hadith for the purpose of spiritual guidance and daily remembrance. This content is not a fatwa or formal religious ruling. Dhikr Garden does not act as a religious authority. For matters of religious significance or jurisprudence, please consult a qualified Islamic scholar.

Dhikr Garden can be used without creating an account. Guest users' data is stored locally on their device and is not synced. If you delete the app as a guest, your garden data will be lost permanently. Creating a free account enables cloud sync so your garden and streaks are preserved across devices and reinstalls.

Your streak represents the number of consecutive days you have completed at least one dhikr session. A streak resets if no session is completed within a 24-hour window. Streaks are calculated based on calendar days in your local time zone. Dhikr Garden does not offer streak restoration or manual adjustments.

You agree not to use Dhikr Garden for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, to interfere with the proper functioning of the app, or to reverse-engineer any part of the service.

All content, features, and functionality of Dhikr Garden — including the app design, tree artwork, animations, and brand — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Quranic text and hadith are public domain religious scripture presented for spiritual use.

Dhikr Garden is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including the loss of streak or garden data due to device failure, account deletion, or other circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of Dhikr Garden after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
