1. Upon Waking
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ
Alhamdu lillaahil-lathee ahyaanaa ba'da maa amaatanaa wa ilayhin-nushoor.
All praise be to Allah who gave us life after death, and to Him is the resurrection.

2. La ilaha illallah upon waking
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Laa ilaaha illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamd, wa huwa 'alaa kulli shay'in qadeer.
There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. To Him belongs dominion and to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things.
